Rental information
The apartments can be rented all year.
Rent prices include Electricity, water, internet, air conditioning, and final cleaning. Exclusive charging of electrical vehicles
Rental periods In July, August and September, you can rent for a minimum of 7 nights. If you wish to stay shorter, please contact us, and we will look at the possibilities. Additional cleaning costs will then be charged at €35,- |
Tourist tax Since June 1st 2023, we are obliged to collect tourist tax. This tax is not included in the price. The rates are:
Per person per night, with a maximum of 5 nights. (With the exception for kids under 16 years) |
| Non smoking All apartments are NON-SMOKING. This also applies to the plunge pool. Smoking is only allowed in the private gardens. |
Babysitting Enjoy a night out without kids?! We offer a babysitter option, €10 per hour for 1 child and €12.50 for 2 children. (Days and times in consultation) |
Cleaning All our apartments are lightly cleaned every week for stays longer than 2 weeks. If you want a more intensive cleaning, this costs €35. - Bath and kitchen linen change every 4 days. - Bed linen change every week. - Beach towel change 1x per week. |
Check-in after 4 pm, check-out by 10.30 am. If you want to check in or out earlier or later, please ask about the possibilities. |
| Early or late flight? There is an opportunity to use our shower and toilet facilities before checking in or after checking out. You can also use the luggage room (lockable) and plunge pool with sun beds. |
| Breakfast If desired, we can provide a delicious breakfast basket for you from 8:30am till 10am on request. The cost for this is €12,50 per person. |
| Bicycle and car rental We do not rent out bicycles and/or cars ourselves, but we can advise you on this. |
| Any other costs - Use washing machine €4 per cycle. - Extra beach towels are €5 each. - Children's package: €30 per booking (cot (including linen), chair, and whipper). - Use Honesty Bar. |
